Empowering the Next Generation of Baloch Leaders Through Education & Shelter

🎯 Project Vision

To establish a dedicated academic ecosystem—including residential hostels and a university campus—in India for displaced, exiled, and refugee Baloch youth, enabling them to pursue higher education, develop skills, and emerge as global leaders of the Baloch freedom and cultural revival movement.

  1. 🏫 Build permanent education hubs (university + hostel) for Baloch students in India.

  2. 📚 Offer degree programs, scholarships, and preparatory training in arts, law, journalism, international relations, tech & medical sciences.

  3. 🏠 Provide safe accommodation, food, identity documentation, and psychosocial support for exiled and refugee youth.

  4. 🎓 Train a cadre of educated, aware, and globally connected Baloch leaders.

  5. 🤝 Foster India-Balochistan educational and cultural diplomacy.

  • Location: Proposed in Rajasthan or Gujarat (culturally and strategically aligned)

    • Baloch Language & Cultural Heritage

  • Research Centre: Indo-Baloch Affairs Think Tank + Centre for Nuclear Victim Studies

2. 🏠 Residential Hostel Facility – "Azadi Bhavan"

  • Capacity: 300+ students in Phase I

  • Features:

    • Dormitories, Mess, Health Clinic

    • Library & e-Learning Hub

    • Psychological Counseling & Mentorship

    • Integration Support (Legal IDs, Language Training, Career Prep)

Victims of decades of persecution, abductions, and brutality by Pakistan, these individuals and families are in urgent need of compassion and protection. This support includes essential services such as food, shelter, medical care, and legal aid, all provided in full compliance with Indian laws and local legal frameworks.

Through direct outreach and collaboration with trusted legal networks, we aim to ensure dignity, safety, and a renewed hope for every member of the Baloch refugee community.
