🩸 Project Nyaay – Aid for Baloch Victim Families

 

🎯 Objective: 
To provide financial, emotional, and humanitarian support to the families of Baloch civilians affected by enforced disappearances, targeted killings, torture, and systemic oppression by Pakistan's military and intelligence forces.

📍 Background & Context

For over seven decades, the Baloch people have faced brutal crackdowns by Pakistan’s state machinery.

  • 👤 Over 40,000 people disappeared

  • 🪦 Thousands killed extrajudicially

  • 🧕 Women, children, and elders left without support

These families live under constant fear, poverty, and trauma. Many have lost their breadwinners. Their pain is silenced, and their suffering receives no justice.

Project Nyaay is Bharat With Baloch’s moral and humanitarian response to this injustice.

  • Monthly aid to widows and dependent families

  • Marriage assistance to daughters of martyrs

  • 🧑‍⚖️ Legal Support: Assistance to file cases at UNHRC, ICJ, and international platforms

Victims of decades of persecution, abductions, and brutality by Pakistan, these individuals and families are in urgent need of compassion and protection. This support includes essential services such as food, shelter, medical care, and legal aid, all provided in full compliance with Indian laws and local legal frameworks.

Through direct outreach and collaboration with trusted legal networks, we aim to ensure dignity, safety, and a renewed hope for every member of the Baloch refugee community.
